ART SG & Thailand

20-30 January 2026
dr nick gordon & Fiona McIntosh

Explore Singapore’s Art SG, one of the largest art fairs in the Asia-Pacific, with Dr Nick Gordon, and then dive into the world of contemporary art in Thailand with Fiona McIntosh

OVERVIEW

Over the past decade, Southeast Asia’s place on the global art stage has grown significantly, with artists drawing on diverse traditions to create new ways of understanding our complex present. This tour takes in two rising regional centres of the arts: Singapore, whose established Art Week is now complemented by the presence of a world-leading art fair, Art SG; and Bangkok, a treasure trove of artists, new arts spaces and private museums.

We begin the tour with five nights in Singapore, where we enjoy Art SG and its opening festivities with behind-the-scenes access to curators, artists and events. We then explore the art on show throughout the island city with Dr Nick Gordon, including novel public art projects and carefully curated exhibitions. We are then joined by Fiona McIntosh, art advisor and VIP manager for Art SG, as we travel to Bangkok for five nights. Here we uncover Thailand’s contemporary side on visits to private art museums and galleries, and in meetings with the artists themselves.

The tour is rounded out by select dining experiences in each city, both renowned for their food scenes. We have selected the 5-star accommodation to provide both ease of access as well as opportunities for relaxation.
